Privacy Policy (GDPR) for Outdoor Pro First
I. Data Controller
Your data is collected and processed by SC Wildlife Film Production Romania SRL, CUI 32377611, registered Register of Commerce nr. J4/1415/11.09.2023, headquartered in Comuna Margineni, jud. II. What data do we collect and why?
We collect strictly the minimum data necessary for the technical operation of the marketplace and the completion of transactions:
• E-mail address: Collected at registration. Purpose: Account creation, sending order confirmations, account security, and administrative communications.
• Phone number: Collected at registration. Purpose: To be contacted by the courier company or by the Seller for delivery details.
• Delivery address and GPS Location: Collected for logistics. Purpose: Automatic calculation of shipping options in the area and physical delivery of outdoor equipment.
III. With whom do we share your data? (Data Recipients)
For the application to function, your data is transmitted exclusively to:
• The Partner Seller from whom you buy the product (receives the name, phone number, and delivery address to ship the package).
• The payment processor (Stripe): The e-mail address and card details are transmitted directly to Stripe via secure connection for payment processing and opening the vendor account (if applicable). Outdoor Pro First does not store your bank card data.
• The courier companies selected by the seller (they receive the name, address and phone number for delivery).
IV. Legal Basis for Processing
• Performance of a contract: We process the e-mail, phone number, and address to deliver the ordered products (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of GDPR)
• Your consent: For using the GPS location function (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of GDPR)
V. Your Rights (Under GDPR)
You benefit from all legal rights: the right of access to data, the right to rectification (modification), the right to erase the account ("the right to be forgotten"), the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the national authority (ANSPDCP)
